Formerly, Google Chrome used to offer muting an entire tab from infesting your earbuds. However, it has now added a new feature through which you can mute an entire site, reported by LifeHacker.
This feature was updated on last month on the latest version of Chrome. If you are a Mac user, you can mute an entire site by control-clicking on a tab and selecting the ‘Mute Site’ option. In case of a laptop, right-click on the tab to mute a specific site.
It is relevant to mention that you will be required Chrome 64 for this feature to appear.
